The chief of staff, Army announced today the following assignments:

• Maj. Gen. Nickolas G. Justice, program executive officer, command, control, and communications (tactical), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., to commanding general, U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.
• Brig. Gen. Gregg C. Potter, director of intelligence, J-2, U.S. European Command, Germany, to vice director for intelligence, J-2, The Joint Staff, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C.
• Brig. Gen. N. Lee S. Price, deputy program executive officer, Integration, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., to program executive officer, command, control, and communications (tactical), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.
• Col. Stephen B. Leisenring, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, special assistant to the director, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, to commander, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
