Income tax is the greatest single infringment on our personal freedom arbitrated by the government in Washington. The Founding Fathers and our Constitution knew what an Income Tax would do to our freedom. Socialism cannot exist without an income tax. Abolish the income tax and replace it with the FairTax and you protect our country from Socialism. I believe the Founding Fathers knew this. Don't be fooled. Some people are supporting a Flat Tax. Socialism can still work under a flat tax. We need to abolish the Income Tax forever. But, you are going to need that increase in order to pay for an estimated 17% increase in retail prices! There is no free lunch!!!
