The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignments:

• Brig. Gen. Daniel O. Wyman, commander, 81st Medical Group, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., to command surgeon, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.
• Col. Kory Cornum, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, will be assigned as commander, 81st Medical Group, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Cornum is currently serving as command surgeon, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.
