In an unprecedented Christmas Eve vote the Senate passed their version of the Healthcare reform bill 60-39 with votes going strictly along party lines. The Democrats or “liberals” are calling it a great moment in history. I say “liberal” because I believe many moderate Democrats don’t even recognize the party they joined.

On top of passing the Healthcare bill they also voted to raise the debt ceiling by $290 billion (60-39) so the United States doesn’t default on loans. What the hell is that? Don’t you wish you had your own debt ceiling?

Should you be angry? “Hell Yes!”

It’s Christmas Eve though. Turn off the news. Enjoy Christmas with your family. Take some time to regroup because in 2010 we are going to take back our country.

For all you Democrats who have betrayed the American people, enjoy Washington now because you will not be there next year.
