Read below what it specifically says (item 18) .

“18.It was also mentioned that, were an arms trade treaty to be considered feasible,
it would need to reflect respect for the sovereignty of every State, without
interfering in the internal affairs of States or their constitutional provisions, and
respect for their territorial integrity. Exclusively internal transfers or national
ownership provisions, including national constitutional protections on private
ownership within that State’s territory, should not fall under an arms trade treaty”

All Americans, whatever party they are need to ‘t actually make some effort to be informed. It is the only way your interests will be looked out for. Not by believing partisan groups, such as those publishing this website. They just want to use your fear and count on your ignorance.

The bad guys will not comply with the law. Any gun control trough registration would only cover the law abiding citizens of a country. That would leave out the guns of the criminals or those guns of ill intentioned owners. This takes out those gun owners who really need to be monitored.
Gun ownership is a must to maintain balance between the law abiding citizens and the bad elements of the society. More importantly gun ownership is a check and balance between an oppressive government and its people. Civilian gun ownership is a necessary tool in any society.

“We the People” need to fight against all those who will not defend “Our Constitution.” For all those who have served this great nation, when you entered the service you took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. The U.N. has absolutely no power or authority in this nation unless we the people allow then. We the people need to start our own petitions to prevent congress from enacting laws that violate constitutional laws. Put it to a vote of the people and make our elected government abide by what we want, not the other way around. Many of you may not think your votes count but they do. Execise your voice and vote in every election. Please do your own research and find out the facts (Don’t vote blindly)

Hi Carl,
I am sorry about your friends situation. It must be very frustrating to have no one listen to you and see how there is nothing you want to be done , be done. Unfortunately ICE together with Home Land Security and the Government have their procedures of working, Your friend might have had a permit to be in the States and he entered legally this means he is a legal resident, but when he is given permission to stay temporary in the States he signed a form which explained him that any type of criminal record would deploy him. I understand that it was not something he did directly but you must know that before ICE comes in to arrest an individual they develop a case which takes about 2 months. I am sorry that your friend is going through this but their is probably some information that you are unaware of. I hope this information helps you a little, I know it might not take the frustration you have but it might encourage you to look in to the DHS website, inform yourself and find out how you can help your friend with facts about the way they work.
I must add that I have nothing against Immigrants because I was one, I recently became a citizen but I am well informed on how all of this works. Believe me if ICE had to get involved it means that it was something big.

Not sure how i feel about this. i am researching it. there are other less established groups like First Book who do similar things. I wonder why RIF is being singled out? I looked at their financials and their overhead is 14% which is not too bad. i guess if you need to cut somewhere this might be it. On the other hand looking at the military bugdet was sickening. i am an indenedent btw. raised Democrat, but I see little difference tween the two major parties in America and am going to check out The Libertarians soon, though I disagree with government dismantling. Also some of the Libertarian groups that have gotten press are of the ignorant ilk and I have no interest. Like the ones who followed Lloyd Doggett, who is one of the best politicans out there, into a grocery store and chanted “Socialist” at him. Are those anti-Socialists going to give up their “social security” any tiem soon? Doubt it.
